1. Eligibility

Holo is not designed or targeted toward children. By using Holo, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use the Services.

2. Accounts and sign-in

You can create an account using:

• Email/password account creation, or
• Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In (where available).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Holo offers monthly and yearly subscription plans.

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play (in-app purchases).
• Subscriptions typically auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Pricing, renewal terms, and trial details are shown at purchase.
• Refunds are handled according to the applicable store's policies.

4. Community hub and user content

A) Your content

You retain ownership of User Content. By posting, you grant Corefit a worldwide license to host, store, and display your content to operate the Services.

B) Prohibited Content

• Illegal, abusive, harassing, or sexually exploitative content.
• Infringement of intellectual property or privacy.
• Malware or security compromises.
• Misleading, spammy, or impersonation.

C) Moderation

We may monitor, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use or violation of others' rights.
• No reverse engineering or disruption of Services.
• No automated scraping or harvesting.
• No uploading viruses or harmful code.

6. AI features and responsibility

Holo uses AI to personalize the experience. You are responsible for how you use the app's outputs. Suggestions are for productivity support and do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial).

7. Intellectual property

The Services (branding, design, software) are owned by Corefit AS or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or modification is prohibited.

8. Third-party services

We rely on third-party platforms (Apple/Google) for billing and sign-in. Corefit is not responsible for their independent policies.

9. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

Corefit's total liability is limited to NOK 1,000 or the amount paid in the last 12 months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold harmless Corefit from claims arising from your use of Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or safety reasons. You may stop use at any time.

13. Changes

We may modify Services and Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

Governed by the laws of Norway. Legal venue: Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett).
