Holo is a productivity app that uses AI to tailor the experience to the user to help provide optimal results. You can also use social features like a community hub where users can post and connect with each other.

We collect information depending on how you use Holo and what you choose to enable.
A) Information you provide
- Account information: email address, credentials, or info from Apple/Google Sign-In.
- Profile information: display name and profile picture.
- Progress content: photos and related info for tracking.
- Community content: posts, comments, images, and interactions (and messages if enabled).
- Voice input (optional): audio/voice input used to provide voice-planning features.
- Support communications: messages and attachments sent to support.
B) Information collected automatically
- Device and app data: type, OS version, app version, language, time zone.
- Usage data: activity patterns and interactions.
- Log and diagnostic data: IP address, crash logs, performance data.
C) Device permissions
Depending on how you use Holo, we may request:
- Camera (progress photos)
- Microphone (optional, voice input)
- Photos/Media Library (uploads)
Holo does not request access to contacts, precise location, Bluetooth, or motion sensors currently.

- To provide Services (accounts, experience, plans, mapping progress).

- To provide support and communicate about updates.
- To process subscriptions via app stores.

4. AI personalization and profiling
Tailored intelligence
- Used for personalization (recommendations, tailored plans).
- Manual setup remains available as an alternative to voice.
- AI is not intended for decisions with legal or significant effects.
5. How we share information
- Service providers: technical infrastructure and support tools.
- Apple and Google: for billing and authentication.
- Community: content visible according to community settings.
- Legal: required by law or safety reasons.
We do not sell personal data or share for cross-app advertising tracking.
6. Data retention

- Community content: until deleted by you or for safety.
- Progress photos: until removed by you or account deletion.
- Logs: limited period retention.
